At Elite Living Service we provide Housing Stabilization Services to help individuals transition from housing instability into long-term, sustainable housing solutions. Support those individuals with disabilities, disabling conditions, seniors, and their families in finding and maintaining housing. Three types of services: housing transition, sustaining, and consultation services
What is the purpose of HSS
The purpose of this services is to support you if you need to transition into new housing or to increase long-term stability in your housing. The goal is to avoid future periods of homelessness or institutionalization.

Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) is a new benefit for individuals on Medical Assistance to help find and maintain housing.
Housing Stabilization Services has three parts:
- Housing Consultation
- Housing Transition
- Housing Sustaining
